Cloquet Pine Journal 2022 All-Area Baseball Team – Cloquet Pine Journal

CLOQUET — With only one senior on the Cloquet Pine Journal’s 2022 all-area baseball first team, the shortlist is dominated by two juniors and three underclassmen.

Esko had the most selections, highlighted by Junior Cale Haugen, All-Area Player of the Year. He is joined by his brother, freshman Sam Haugen, along with sophomores Finn Angst and Isaak Sertich.

Rounding out the remaining three places are juniors Kollin Bonneville (Cloquet) and Barnum’s Caleb Hautajarvi. Moose Lake-Willow River’s Henry Ribich is the only senior on the team.
